Individual and sustainable layouts within sophisticated architecture
A characteristic feature of the living concept is its differentiation between an open family area and two more intimate individual spaces, one of which may be used as separate accommodation for a guest or staff member, each providing privacy. Bedrooms, bathrooms and studies are devised as compact units, accessed from an internal corridor. The living and dining area, with an adjacent kitchen, is conceived on an open plan, although the kitchen may be separated on request.
All levels may be accessed from the underground car park directly via lift and staircase and are fully wheelchair-accessible. The residences also include spacious cellars. Several parking spaces in the garages can be purchased additionally. ROETELPARK will be a future-oriented building, constructed in accordance with MINERGIE standards*, combining superb levels of comfort and high quality materials with a sustainable building concept.
